Ore beneficiation process can be divided into three stages, that is, preparation, beneficiation and dehydration.
This phase includes crushing (usually coarse jaw crusher and fine cone crusher), sieving, grinding (usually ball mill) and grading (usually spiral grader or hydrocyclone). The purpose is to separate the useful minerals from the raw ore, and to create conditions for the beneficiation process.
Select the useful minerals according to different properties of various ores.
The concentrate of wet ore dressing has a large amount of water, which must be dehydrated before being transported for smelting. The dehydration phase is usually composed of three processes, namely concentrating, filtration and drying.
The concentrate and tailings can be obtained after these three stages are completed. With the development of society and the improvement of environmental awareness, tailings usually need to be processed before being discharged.
